Worth explaining
You’ll notice most of these reviews are from Florida
That isn’t a mistake and it isn’t a bought list. Blue Tide Plumbing ran in Broward and Miami-Dade before we moved north. Those are real customers, real jobs, real reviews — they just happened somewhere warmer.
We’re now based in Glen Rock and working across York County. We could have started a clean profile and shown you nothing at all. We’d rather show you the actual record and let you decide what it’s worth in a different state.
What carries across a state line: whether a person answers the phone at 2 a.m., whether the price you were quoted is the price you paid, and whether the job got done in one visit. Read the reviews for those things, because those are the things we control.
What doesn’t carry across: knowing that the older boroughs here run on clay laterals under mature street trees, or that much of the southern county is on private wells with no construction standards behind them. That’s local knowledge, and we’re building it the only honest way — one York County job at a time.
If you’d rather wait until there are Pennsylvania reviews on here before you call, that’s a completely reasonable position. We’ll still be here.
What we’d ask you to judge us on
Not the star rating. These four things, on your job.
- Did a person answer?Not an answering service taking a message at 11 p.m.
- Was the price agreed first?In writing, before anything started — and it didn’t move.
- Were you shown the problem?The camera footage, the cut-out pipe, the failed part.
- Was it fixed in one visit?And was the mess taken away afterwards.

If something went wrong, we would genuinely rather hear it from you first. Call and tell us, and we will put it right if we can. A review saying a company fixed its own mistake is worth more to us than one that never mentions it happened.
