Eight services, one number
Each of these has its own page, written for York County rather than copied off a supplier’s website. If what you need isn’t on the list, call anyway — it’s a short list because it’s honest, not because we’re fussy.

How we price
The same five rules on every job
Most complaints about plumbers are not about plumbing. They are about the bill arriving larger than the conversation that preceded it. So these five apply to everything on this page, at two in the afternoon and at two in the morning.
A flat price in writing before work starts. Not a range, not an hourly rate that starts running while we diagnose. You see a number, you agree to it, and that is the number on the invoice.
No overtime charges. Nights, weekends, holidays, the Sunday of a long weekend in January. A burst pipe does not cost you more because of when it burst.
If the job changes, we stop and re-quote. We do not discover extra work halfway through and add it to the total. We stop, show you, and give you a new number to accept or decline.
We show you what we found. The camera footage, the section of pipe we cut out, the inside of the tank. If we say something needed replacing, you get to look at it.
A 1-year workmanship warranty. If something we fixed fails because of how we did the work within a year, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Before you call
What counts as an emergency
Water actively entering the house, sewage backing up into a fixture, no water at all, or a smell of gas. Those are the calls where you should stop reading and dial — (717) 470-2583 — because a person answers rather than a service that takes a message.
A dripping tap, a slow drain, a water heater that is working but making a noise you do not like, a toilet that runs — those are real problems worth fixing, and they are worth booking properly rather than paying emergency attention for. Pick a slot online and we will come when we said we would.
If you are not sure which one you have, call and describe it. We will tell you honestly whether it can wait until Tuesday. That conversation is free and we would rather have it than sell you an overnight visit you did not need.
Tell us what it’s doing
Describe the problem in plain language — you do not need the right word for the part. We will tell you what it probably is, what it costs, and when we can be there.
